About us
We discovered the “the superhero with omnipotent powers” while browsing the internet a few years ago, and we quickly became fans not only of the strips but also of the moral and philosophical depth hidden in the series’ humor. Along the way, we stumbled upon a fantastic, lovingly made fan project from years ago: the “Pmagnus Archive”, which gathers a large portion of God‑man’s original adventures in English.
Inspired by that collection, we felt like doing something similar in Portuguese, since both God‑man and Ruben Bolling’s own work are practically unknown to Lusophone audiences. That’s how this site was born: a homage, a tribute—our heartfelt veneration of the great God‑man!
It’s important to note that we strive to produce the best possible translation in every strip, balancing fidelity to the original message, cultural and linguistic adaptation to the target language, and the balloon space constraints with the new translated text. Our goal is to honor the story and preserve its humor, message, and rhythm. In each individual strip, we make a point of referencing a direct link to the original version of that same work, precisely so you—the reader—can compare, enjoy, and check the strip in the original language if you wish.
Any support already makes a difference! If you have suggestions, questions, want to report issues, or simply chat about God‑man, we’re happy to hear from you.
Don’t forget to visit and, if possible, contribute directly to Ruben Bolling’s work. If you enjoyed God‑man, please also support the original author—follow, share, and back his work if you can. Visit his site at https://www.tomthedancingbug.com.
We promise to read every message carefully and reply as much as we’re able to.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your interest, support, and kindness!
